HOA Annual Assessment
The Annual Assessment for 2025 is $300
When is payment due?
The Annual Assessment for each year is due the 31st of December of the preceding year.
Invoices for dues will be distributed in November. Payment is due by December 31st. Late Fees will be assessed on any account significantly overdue, in accordance with the La Bandera Phase III Fine Schedule and Collection Policy.
To prevent future financial difficulties, the HOA will be diligent in the collection of dues. Please help your HOA by paying your dues timely. We sincerely hope everyone takes their payment of dues seriously and avoids these additional charges. The HOA reserves the right to waive penalties as long as the homeowner contacts the HOA prior to the penalty being levied.

HOA a fee for each transfer. This fee is approximately $12; thus, a convenience fee of $12 will be added to any payment via Paypal for a total charge of $312. Please click the link below to make a payment online. You do NOT need a PayPal account – choose option to pay with a Credit/Debit Card.
Where does the money go?
Currently, the HOA Annual Assessment is $300. This includes payment to the Team Ranch Master HOA, collection for wall maintenance, funds to repair/replace the neighborhood signage in the future, maintaining our greenspaces and other expenses required to maintain the neighborhood.
The table below demonstrates how each dollar of a homeowner’s dues are applied (assuming all 111 homeowners pay their dues).
