La Bandera Phase III Homeowner’s Association consists of 111 homes on the south side of Cook Ranch Road. Our addresses are on Plata Lane, Pico Lane, Arroyo Lane, Teja Trail, and La Bandera Trail from 5500 – 5541.

We, along with the other properties in the Team Ranch area (La Bandera Phase I/II, La Cantera, Reata Place, and Reata West, etc.) are members of the Team Ranch Master HOA.
